Shamrock Pretzel Pops!

Image
For today's cooking class, we made Shamrock Pretzel Pops. First, we put some wax paper on the baking sheet, next we put some chocolate in the plastic bowl and put it in the microwave for 35 seconds and one minute. Then we stirred up the chocolate and put some green food coloring in it and we grabbed three pretzels and dipped it by using a spoon to make sure they look like a shamrock as a lollipop. Also, after making all three or more, we put some sprinkles on it too and at last, we put in in the fridge before taking a bite out of them. It was for fun as a cooking class, because St. Patrick's Day is over!  Also, I used the tooth picks as sticks for lollipops.

Leprechaun llama and Easter Bunny Pug Drawing!

Image
Last Friday at my program, my friends and I did a picture of a llama dressed up as a Leprechaun, because it had to do with St. Patrick's Day. Also, It took a few minutes to draw this as we watched the video during our meeting for Zoom. While coloring it in, we used crayons and stayed in the lines in the piece of paper. At last, we drew a picture of a pug dressed up as the Easter Bunny, because it was a bonus. Also it had to do with Easter. We used crayons as well too and stayed in the lines!

Leprechaun Kitten Drawing!

Image
After doing fitness at my program at 9am, We learned how to draw a Leprechaun Kitten for art class. While watching the tutorial, we followed the steps while drawing and then after that, we colored it in. Also, it was for art class. After coloring it in, I made a rainbow in the drawing for this artwork. In the picture, I put red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple and that had to do with St. Patrick's Day. At last, we did an extra drawing of the cat and I just watched and while watching I showed them my artwork and they thought it was very neat. This was a good tutorial on how to draw a Leprechaun Kitten!

Lime "Rice Krispie" Treats!

Image
Today at my program, my friends and I made some lime "Rice Krispie" treats for a cooking class, because it is for St. Patrick's Day. First, we melted three pieces of butter in the microwave for thirty seconds and put in a big bowl and stir that up. Next, we put the whole bag of marsh mellows in it and put in the microwave for 30 seconds again, put one tablespoon of vanilla extract, put some one half cup of lime gelatin and stirred it up again. Then, we put 6-6.5 cups of "Rice Krispies" in the bowl to mix it up in the bowl and scooped it out and put in a pan. At last, we used the parchment paper to press on the "Rice Krispie" treats, that way it could fit.
