Spinach, Blueberry and Peanut Butter Smoothies!

Image
For today's cooking class, we made spinach, blueberry and peanut butter smoothies, because it is a healthy choice to have. We made sure we had the ingredients such as spinach, milk, peanut butter, frozen blueberries, whipped cream, honey, and ice after we went grocery shopping at Grocery Outlet and Smart and Final. In the blender, we put in the sliced banana, two cups of spinach, one cup of milk, two cups of blueberries, two tablespoons of peanut butter, put some honey, and the ice in it too. After that, we turned on the blender to make sure it was blending before serving, At last but not least, we picked up four cups and in the three cups we put some whipped cream on them except for the one. It was an excellent recipe to do as a cooking class in person. As a bonus, this is a video of me using the blender while making smoothies as a cooking class!

Tajin Cucumber Salad!

Image
After having two meetings today, I decided to make a Tajin Cucumber Salad, because there were no meetings around 1pm to 2pm. First, I picked up a large cucumber, peeled it and sliced into pieces on a plate. Next, I put one half teaspoon of Tajin on the slices of Cucumber as I sprinkled. Last, I put two teaspoons of olive oil with a drizzle. It was a healthy choice to make as a recipe and I cannot wait to make it again!

Rich Chocolate, Strawberry, and Coconut Overnight Oats!

Image
After I got finished with my Zoom meetings at my program, I went to the grocery store to get the recipes I need to make rich chocolate, strawberry and coconut overnight oats. So first, I cut a one half piece of banana and mashed it with a fork in the bowl. Next, I added one half of oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, one table spoon of coco powder, and another one of peanut butter and stirred it together and put in the fridge over night. At last, I woke up in the morning and put one teaspoon of flax seed, chopped strawberries, one teaspoon of coconut and one table spoon of peanuts. Also, I gave it a taste and ate for breakfast, because it was a very healthy choice and it was nutritious!
