Cheesecake on Cupcake Holders!

Image
For today's cooking class, we made cheesecake on cupcake holders, because this is for a cooking class. So we went to the store and bought the milk, vanilla wafers, and some cheesecake mix. Also, we had the tools such as, the mixer, the grater, the bowl, paper cupcake holders and the metal cupcake holders.   First, we put one half of milk and the cheesecake mix in the bowl and mixed it together. Next, we put the vanilla wafers inside the paper cupcake holders and poured the cheesecake mix being mixed using the spoon. Then, we put them in the fridge for one hour. At last, we took them out and put the strawberry topping and the tiny pieces of lemon on it and took a bite out of it. This was the best cooking class ever. Also, this sweet is from Ancient Greece.

Spinach, Blueberry and Peanut Butter Smoothies!

Image
For today's cooking class, we made spinach, blueberry and peanut butter smoothies, because it is a healthy choice to have. We made sure we had the ingredients such as spinach, milk, peanut butter, frozen blueberries, whipped cream, honey, and ice after we went grocery shopping at Grocery Outlet and Smart and Final. In the blender, we put in the sliced banana, two cups of spinach, one cup of milk, two cups of blueberries, two tablespoons of peanut butter, put some honey, and the ice in it too. After that, we turned on the blender to make sure it was blending before serving, At last but not least, we picked up four cups and in the three cups we put some whipped cream on them except for the one. It was an excellent recipe to do as a cooking class in person. As a bonus, this is a video of me using the blender while making smoothies as a cooking class!

Mexican Pizza

Image
For this cooking class, we made Mexican Pizza.  First, I put some refried beans on the first tortilla, next I put the ground turkey sprinkled with some taco seasoning. Then, I put some salsa and some shredded cheese on it. At last, I put the last tortilla on top. For the next one, I put some more shredded cheese on it and put it in the microwave for 1 minute a time. After that, I put some sour cream on it and used the pizza cutter to slice it up into four pieces on a paper plate. This was the best cooking recipe ever!! It also reminds me of "Taco Bell" the fast food joint.

For a cooking class on Friday night out on Zoom, we made Pizza. First, before cooking, I put the oven on four twenty-five. Next, I put the Pizza sauce, the shredded cheese, some pineapple and the pepperoni. Then, we put it in the oven for 10 minutes. After that, we took it out of the oven and put it on a cutting board and used one of the tools to cut the pizza in four pieces. At last, we took a bite out of it and it was tasty, yummy and delicious. I cannot wait to do it again next time, because it was a good cooking class. Also, it is Italian Food. Yummies in the tummies!

Cranberry Chicken Salad on Apple Slices!

For this cooking class, we made Cranberry Chicken Salad on Apple Slices. First, I chopped up some chicken and put in the bowl this afternoon after letting boil in the bowl with water in morning. Next, I put 1/2 cup of dried cranberries, 1/3 cup of chopped pecans, 1/3 cup of thin pieces of celery, 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and some extra. Then, I put one tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon of curry powder and put some salt and pepper in it too. At last, I stirred it up until they were mixed together with a spoon. After that, I sliced up an apple into some medium slices, tried it out and it tasted delicious. For a bonus, I chopped up some extra pieces of apple and stirred it up! It was an excellent and amazing cooking class!

Oatmeal Treats!

Image
For this cooking class in the last week of April, we made Oatmeal treats. First, we put four bananas in the bowl by cutting them up first by using the knife. Next, we put berries, three cups of oats and one teaspoon of vanilla extract.  Then, we used the spoon to stir it up until they got wet and put in the cupcake liners as they are being put in cupcake holders. At last, we put them in the oven for 15 minutes or more before we took them out by letting them cool down and giving them a taste. It was a great recipe!
